Why is the area becoming so popular?

Hernando county offers beautiful, scenic beaches that are not as crowded as other Florida beaches.  It is a wonderful place to do your shopping.  There are several large and small communities in the process of being developed, such as the famous "Royal Highlands".

 Some of these subdivisions even include golf courses.  Many are family oriented and are not over-populated.   Not only is it good for retirees to relax in the quiet atmosphere, but Hernando county is also a great place to raise your children.  The "Suncoast Expressway" provides easy access for people to work in Tampa and is also a fast commute to "Tampa International Airport".   There is also very easy access to Orlando.

Pasco county offers a wide variety of retail shopping opportunities.  There are many peaceful beaches, such as Hudson Beach, to watch a fiery sunset.  "Sam's Beach Club", an outdoor restaurant and bar with live entertainment, is a popular favorite of the locals to relax and catch the colorful view.  There are many parks, some of which feature horse trails for the equine enthusiasts.  There are many large parcels of land available which can be used for agricultural purposes.  Pasco county is home of "Connerton" subdivision (located in Land O' Lakes - just North of Tampa) with homes starting in the 180's, which is just starting its building phase.
